Our client, based in London is looking for an intern to join the Customer Engagement team for an initial 3 months with an immediate start on a full time basis (35 hours per week).
Oceanova is a school services group with a strong focus on talent management. We help schools understand and implement this crucial concept through our product-led services.
Our reach is rapidly expanding at a national level, and we are looking for a personable and confident Customer Engagement Executive to ensure that our clients, both new and existing, remain informed, satisfied and engaged.
Typical duties may include, but are not limited to:
No two-days are the same at Oceanova, so you will need to be comfortable in a fast-paced dynamic environment. There will be opportunities to assist with HR projects, Business Strategy projects and of course Marketing projects.
Although not a sales role, you will have to be comfortable working to targets and supporting the sales team by ensuring that all of our clients are happy and keen to continue their partnerships with us.
